| كذا السيكا به فن أصيل | مقام الرست والعجم جميل |
| به يا صاحبي دمعي يسيل | وبعدهما الصبا إحساس حزن |
| لمعنى الود والعطف دليل | وبالنهاوند والكرد ستلقى |
| يداوي النفس للهم يزيل | وإن رمت الأذان فذا حجاز |
| تدور به الرؤوس وتستميل | ولحن بالبيات نشيد وجد |
Maqam Rast and Ajam are beautiful like Sika a proper discipline
After those is Saba, with feelings of sadness, through it my tears flow
When you perform Nahawand and Kurd, it shows love and kindness
When you give the Adhan you use Hijaz. It drowns the soul in sorrow.
The sounds of Bayat are filled with emotion, it makes the heads move and shake.

Assalamu alaykum. The last example is not correct – surah ar Rahman is recited instead of Fatiha.
